The Portfolio Manager (PM) can archive funds when they have no active orders. Archived funds count towards the maximum number of funds a PM can have, and Investors cannot start new investments in them. Archiving a fund cannot be undone.
Note: When a fund experiences stop out, all active investments are closed and archived. You can view the funds in the Archived Funds tab.
How to archive funds
- Log into your Personal Area (PA) and select the Portfolio management tab.
- Click View details on a fund you wish to archive.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Archive the fund.
- A confirmation page will ask you to confirm this action if the fund meets the archive requirements.
- The fund will be archived.
What happens when a fund is archived?

For new Investors:
- The fund will become unavailable for joining or investing through the fund link and code or QR code.

For current Investors:
- All active investments will be closed.
- The fund will be available only for viewing.

For the PM:
- All pending requests will be completed automatically.
- All active investments will be closed.
- The performance fee will be paid out at the end of the billing period.
- The fund will be available for viewing only.
- The trading account will be archived.
