When an Investor invests in a fund, there are a few things to consider when deciding on the investment amount. Basic limits for a fund include:
Maximum total equity / AUM | Unlimited |
Maximum active investments | 200 |
Note: When a fund reaches the maximum number of active investments, it will not be available to new Investors, and the Investors will encounter an error when trying to invest in the fund.
Limits set by the Portfolio Manager
Although the maximum total equity/AUM is unlimited, Portfolio Managers (PM) can set up a maximum investment amount limit when creating or modifying a fund. This limit will be displayed to Investors when they create an investment in the Exness Investor app and Exness Investor PA.
Note: While PM can change the investment amount limits at any time, the new limits will only apply to new investments, not existing ones.
Platform limits based on trading reliability level (TRL)
Trading reliability level is the score given to a PM based on their past trading performances.
- With a high TRL (green), no limitations are imposed on the total investment amount.
- Without a high TRL, the maximum investment amount for one Investor across a PM’s funds is limited to 200 000 USD.
Note: This limit does not apply to the PM’s investments in their funds.
