To begin investing with Exness Investor, an Investor must completely verify their Exness account, which includes the verification of these documents:

• Proof of Identity (POI)
• Proof of Residence (POR)
• Economic Profile

Verifying your identity and address is an important step that helps us to keep your account and financial transactions secure. The verification process is just one of a number of Exness security measures implemented to protect our traders.

Verifying your account with the Exness Investor app:

1. Log in to the Exness Investor app with your Exness credentials.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. In Profile, the current status of your account verification is shown; tap Verify to start, or Continue if some steps have already been completed.
4. Tap Verify to be sent a verification code via email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete this verification step.
5. Next, enter your phone number and select how you would like to receive the verification code, then tap Send me a code. Enter the verification code and tap Continue to confirm.

Note: The country code is automatically entered based on the country selected during your account creation, and cannot be changed.

6. Enter the required personal information, and then tap Continue.
7. Once done, proceed to fill in your Economic Profile. Tap Continue.

8. Next, verify your identity with the following steps:
   1. 1. Select the country of origin of your identity document from the dropdown menu.
      2. Choose your identity document type from those shown.
      3. Note the requirements of the document.
9. Tap Next to continue.
10. Upload a copy of your Proof of Identity (POI) document, observing the requirements for file size, type, and specifications; once you have attached this file, tap Submit Document.
11. Upload a copy of your Proof of Residence (POR) document, noting which documents are permissible to be used and the best condition for the document to be uploaded. Once you have attached the POR document, tap Submit document.

Note: For some countries it is possible to complete both POI and POR verification with just the POI document.

12. Your documents will now be reviewed and, if accepted, will conclude the verification process. If either document is rejected, you may need to follow the verification process again.
