Investors can only view and submit a join request using a fund link or code provided by the Portfolio Manager (PM) and approved by the PM manually. Here’s how:
- Log into your Personal Area (PA) and head to the Portfolio management tab.
- Navigate to Requests.
- A list of requests will be displayed and segregated accordingly. You can filter these requests by Add investor, Start allocation, and Close investment.
Pending requests are always shown at the top of the Requests area and include the Investor's details.
- To add an Investor, click Add investor. To decline a join request, click Decline.
- If declined, the fund will still be available for the Investor to view, and they can request to join again.
Note:
- If a PM has an incomplete profile, they cannot invite Investors.
- There is a 200 active investment limit on funds. When this limit is reached, new investments will not be possible. In such cases, PMs should create new funds for Investors if they wish to receive their investments.
