As an Investor, you can view and monitor the performance of active and closed investments on the investment page through the Exness Investor app or Exness Investor PA.
Finding your investments
In the Exness Investor app:
- Launch the Exness Investor app and head to Assets.
- Select an investment under Investments, either Active or Closed.
In Exness Investor PA:
- Log into your Personal Area (PA) and launch Exness Investor from the features icon.
- Select the Assets tab and select an investment under Active or Closed.
Note: Your Personal Area (PA) will only display the Exness Investor option after you activate a fund link from your desktop device.
Breakdown of the investment page
On the investment page, you will find three main tabs:

Summary
- The net results, performance fees, gross results, investment duration, and investment settings are located here. You can also send a close request through this tab. For active investments, you can view and set the distributed profit under Settings. If closed, the distributed profit will be displayed as a percentage.

Orders
- The respective fund’s open and closed orders can be viewed here. Selecting an order will bring up its details such as open and close date, duration, open and close price, swap, and order ID.

Fee report
- The total sum of paid fees for all previous billing periods are shown under Paid fee since inception. The chart showcases paid fees by billing periods.
Calculating net results
- Net return: The percentage return of all investment orders after deducting the associated fees. It is calculated by dividing net profit by the initial investment amount: (Net return = Net profit / Investment amount * 100)

Net profit: The total sum of trading results from all investment orders, after deducting the associated fees: (Net profit = Gross profit - Fee)
- Unrealized profit: Part of the net profit from investment that remains invested in the fund: (Unrealized profit = Net profit - Realized profit)
- Realized profit: The part of the Net profit from the investment that has been transferred to the Investor's investment wallet across all previous billing periods.
- Investment amount: The initial amount of money the Investor has invested in the fund.
- Investment value: The net amount of investment, after deducting the Fee and Realized profit: (Investment value = Investment amount + Gross profit - Fee - Realized profit)
Calculating gross results
- Gross return: The total sum of trading results from all investment orders, divided by the Investment amount: (Gross return = Gross profit / Investment amount * 100)
- Gross profit: The total sum of trading results from all investment orders.
