As a Portfolio Manager (PM), you will create funds based on portfolio management and earn performance fees. You will also trade using capital invested in a fund by Investors. After becoming a Portfolio Manager, you can create your first fund and invite Investors to your fund.
Log into your Personal Area (PA) and head to the Portfolio management tab. Click on the Portfolio Management card.
Onboarding
The 3-step onboarding process includes:
- KYC
Verification is only required once for a respective Portfolio Manager’s entire PA. To thoroughly verify your PA, submit Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Residence (POR) documents, then complete your economic profile.
- Profile completion
Creating a profile to acquire and convince Investors is integral to being a Portfolio Manager (PM). You can edit your profile at any time. Do pay great attention to details when creating your profile, including:
-
Profile photo
- Upload a clear and actual photo of yourself. The technical requirements for an uploaded image will be displayed.
-
Messengers and social media platforms
- Add your preferred social media and messenger platforms so Investors can conveniently contact you and get updates on your trading operations.
-
Professional background
- Provide Investors with insights into your trading style, experience, and goals during your portfolio management journey.
Important: Content guidelines are provided for you to follow when creating your profile to ensure that your content does not contain information that may be deemed misleading, abusive, or inappropriate.
- Code of Ethics
To ensure Portfolio Managers are aware and share the same values with their investors by prioritizing their best interests, providing fair and reasonable fees, and being responsive to requests and complaints, PMs must accept the Code of Ethics by passing a short questionnaire to build lasting relationships with Investors.
The number of attempts to pass the questionnaire is unlimited. Those with an unaccepted Code of Ethics cannot invite Investors, share their fund links, and create funds.
